New Releases for 2017!
These are only a few of the amazing releases for 2017. Most of the descriptions are from goodreads and I don’t claim any credit for these. I used these definitions for books that I haven't read the earlier books too and don't know much about the story.
Wayfarer (passenger 2) - Alexandra Bracken - 12th January
This is a sequel to Alexandra Bracken's Passenger. To my knowledge this is a duology so, sadly, this will be the last installment. This is an amazing duology about time travel and mystery in which Etta has to travel across the world in different time periods in order to track down a mystical object that will save her mum.

But the boy is gone. She thinks he's moved to the Arctic.

Obe Devlin has problems. His family's farmland has been taken over by developers. His best friend Tommy abandoned him for the development kids. And he keeps getting nosebleeds, because of that thing he doesn't like to talk about. So Obe hangs out at the creek by his house, in the last wild patch left, picking up litter and looking for animal tracks.
One day, he sees a creature that looks kind of like a large dog, or maybe a small boar. And as he watches it, he realizes it eats plastic. Only plastic. Water bottles, shopping bags... No one has ever seen a creature like this before, because there's never been a creature like this before. The animal--Marvin Gardens--soon becomes Obe's best friend and biggest secret. But to keep him safe from the developers and Tommy and his friends, Obe must make a decision that might change everything.

Nemesis - Brendan Reichs - 21st March
Alexandra Bracken blurbed this and that is all I need to make me read it.
It’s been happening since Min was eight. Every two years, on her birthday, a strange man finds her and murders her in cold blood. But hours later, she wakes up in a clearing just outside her tiny Idaho hometown—alone, unhurt, and with all evidence of the horrifying crime erased.
Across the valley, Noah just wants to be like everyone else. But he’s not. Nightmares of murder and death plague him, though he does his best to hide the signs. But when the world around him begins to spiral toward panic and destruction, Noah discovers that people have been lying to him his whole life. Everything changes in an eye blink.
For the planet has a bigger problem. The Anvil, an enormous asteroid threatening all life on Earth, leaves little room for two troubled teens. Yet on her sixteenth birthday, as she cowers in her bedroom, hoping not to die for the fifth time, Min has had enough. She vows to discover what is happening in Fire Lake and uncovers a lifetime of lies: a vast conspiracy involving the sixty-four students of her sophomore class, one that may be even more sinister than the murders.

A Court of Wings and Ruin (acotar 3) - Sarah J Maas - 2nd May
I don't know what more I can say about this that hasn't already been said. This is the third book of A Court of Thorns and Roses. I am currently halfway through the second book and I have loved every page. Amazing characters, plot twists, suspense, humour and carries a mature approach to PTSD.

Kill all Happies - Rachel Cohn - 2nd May
Last Call at Happies! Tonight, 8 P.M. Senior Class Only! Please with the Shhhh .
This is it. Graduation. And Vic Navarro is throwing the most epic party Rancho Soldado has ever seen. She's going to pull off the most memorable good-bye ever for her best friends, give Happies-the kitschy restaurant that is her desert town's claim to fame-a proper send-off into bankruptcy, and oh yes, hook up with her delicious crush, Jake Zavala-Kim. She only needs to keep the whole thing a secret so that her archnemesis, Miss Ann Thrope, Rancho Soldado's nightmare Town Councilwoman and high school Economics teacher, doesn't get Vic tossed in jail.
With the music thumping, alcohol flowing, bodies mashing, and Thrope nowhere to be seen, Vic's party is a raging success. That is, until Happies fans start arriving in droves to say good-bye, and storm the deserted theme park behind the restaurant. Suddenly what was a small graduation bash is more like Coachella on steroids with a side of RASmatazz pie. The night is so not going as planned. And maybe that's the best plan of all.

Nexus (Zeroes 3) - Scott Westerfeld, Margo Lanagan, and Deborah Biancotti
As this is the third book in a series this will be a synopsis for the first book (which was amazing by the way oh wow)
A brand new fast-paced, explosive trilogy from international bestselling author, Scott Westerfeld, and award-winning co-authors Margo Lanagan and Deborah Biancotti about a group of teens with amazing abilities.
Who are the Zeroes? They're six teens with new kinds of superpowers. All born in the year 2000, they live in Cambria, California. Their abilities make them anything but heroes - until a high stakes crisis changes everything.
Explosive. Gripping. And breath-takingly thrilling - you won't be able to put it down!

There Is Someone Inside Your House - Stephanie Perkins
This is a standalone horror novel which is weird for me as I have only read 'Lola and the boy next door' By Stephanie Perkins. I don't know anymore about this book as no blurb/ synopsis has been released. I don't know If I will be reading this personally as horror isn't one of my favourite genres (honestly horror scares me way too much - I am weak ok I'm sorry!)

Every Day #3 - David Levithan
Ok David, I like your other work but what is this? Another Day wasn't needed and I swear if this book isn't a continuation of where Every Day ended then I am going to be a very unhappy bunny. Every Day is about someone who wakes up in a different body every day and then falls in love with a girl. In each life he wakes up in his sole objective is to find this girl. I personally enjoyed this first book so I would really like this third book to do that one justice.

Helix (Replica 2) - Lauren Oliver
If you haven't heard of Replica then WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? It can be read three different ways to produce three different interpretations of the story. This is the story of two clones (orphan black anyone?) and how they live. I have to admit that I don't know much more than that and honestly I don't want to as I want this book (and the sequel) to be a mystery.

One Dark Throne - Kendare Blake
This is the sequel to Three Dark Crowns. Long story short (because this seems like one hell of an intense novel and I am EXCITED) Three sisters are fighting for one throne.
